Gal’s Kitchen Culture aims to educate the community on cooking and nutrition – the practice of it and the science behind it. The focus is on building community connections through food and introducing new flavours and new ways of incorporating healthy nutrition in an easy way that fits in with busy lives.

With a PhD in Biomedical and Food Science, Gal Winter realised her scientific knowledge gave her valuable insights which were more credible than much of the misinformation seen on social media. Gal has always had a love of teaching and of cooking, and this was the begining of her fermentation workshop success.

Gal held her first workshop in 2021 and has been giong from strength to strength, with her next step being to expand and offer healthy cooking and eating training to a wider audience. Additions to her range of workshops include Food, Mood and the Microbiome, and Sourdough and Yoga.
