After being part of a family-run salon for over 10 years, one of Armidale’s most experienced and trusted Beauticians, Marissa Cross, opened the Armidale ‘Ella Bache’ salon in 2006.

Marissa wanted to expand her business and offer the best beauty and skin treatments to the community. As a passionate beauty therapist, Marissa also wanted to create career opportunities for other women in the New England region to further develop their expertise and passion for the industry.
