Rochelle’s Raku Pottery

Rochelle Slade is an independent small batch Australian ceramists and designer, whose practice focuses on slow living principles. Each item is lovingly handmade and unique, including functional and sculptural ceramics and jewellery Rochelle incorporates various techniques across hand building and wheel throwing, using stoneware, porcelain and raku clay.

Rochelle lives and works in the beautiful New England Region of NSW. She enjoys sharing my knowledge through the workshops I facilitate regularly, which allows me to share my passion, experience, knowledge and technical skills with others in a fun and relaxing environment.

During group workshops we will run through some simple pottery hand building techniques to create original ceramic pieces of your very own. All workshop lessons are an ideal introduction to clay work, suitable for beginners and advanced.
