Nicole Casson started NJOY Pilates in May of 2021, out of her passion for bringing people together to move their bodies. NJOY Pilates is a welcoming, nurturing community who honour themselves, their bodies and each other. At NJOY, we treat exercise as an act of mindfulness and believe that movement should be enjoyable. The experiences we offer leave our members feeling lighter, connected and balanced.

Nicole believes people should find the movement that brings them joy. Whatever your jam is – be it weightlifting, running, HIIT, rollerblading or anything else – you are much more likely to stick to an exercise program if you enjoy it.

We strive to help you appreciate your body for what it can do, enjoy exercise and practice mindful movement as an act of self-love. NJOY Pilates is a safe space for people to experience a different type of workout that is enjoyable, and possibly quite different from any other group fitness you might have tried before.
