Imperial Health Care (IHC)

We are introducing Imperial Health Care (IHC), a newly registered NDIS provider dedicated to delivering quality services to individuals living with disabilities. At IHC, we are committed to providing personalised support tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual we serve.

Our comprehensive range of services includes:

1. Personal Care Support (107) : We offer assistance with daily living activities to ensure our clients’ comfort and well-being.

2. Community Access and Participation (125) : We are starting to facilitate opportunities for social engagement and community integration through recreational activities and group programs.

3. Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) (131): IHC offers accessible housing options designed to meet the complex needs of individuals with disabilities associating with a local builder in Tamworth who have been doing SDA homes as per the NDIS requirements and classification.

4. Assistance with Travel/Transport (108) : Facilitating transportation services to enable safe and convenient travel for medical appointments, social outings, and other activities.

5. Innovative Community Participation (116) : We are working towards programs designed to foster social connections, build skills, and promote meaningful engagement within the community.

6. Daily Tasks/Shared Living (115) : IHC provides support with daily tasks and chores to enhance independence and well-being in a shared living.
