Redwood Nutrition is a nutrition clinic based in Inverell, also offering online Telehealth consultations. We specialise in adult lifestyle and metabolic diseases, weight management, women’s and men’s health, digestive conditions, and inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.

My name is Caitlin Muller, and I moved from Sydney to beautiful Inverell with my family 12 years ago. With over 10 years of experience in the natural health industry, I opened Redwood Nutrition 5 years ago after completing my qualifications in Nutritional Medicine.

In a world of “one size fits all” and weight-loss-centric diets, I am passionate about providing individualised nutrition. Every nutrition plan I create is tailored to the client’s unique needs and health profile, right down to their blood chemistry. I believe nutrition is a human right and should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their circumstances.

Too often people reach the end of a diet without the knowledge or tools to maintain their results, eventually slipping back into old habits. My goal is to teach clients how to reconnect with their bodies and to make nutrition simple, sustainable, and effective for lifelong health.
