The historic Walcha Road Hotel has new owners, and is now under the expert guidance of Austrian-born chef Bernhard Kerschbaumer.
Bernhard, passionate about authentic flavours, prepares everything from scratch, serving up favourites like chicken schnitzel, Wiener schnitzel, and his delightful apple strudel.
